We do offer exchanges. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply send it back to us within 30 days of the original order date. You are responsible for return shipping. Once your return is processed, we will reship the new item. Shipping charges do apply. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned. All merchandise must be unused and in the same condition it was received.

All merchandise must be unused and in the same condition it was received. The item needs to be returned in it’s original packaging otherwise we’d offer an exchange over a refund.
It can take around two weeks for your return package to reach us and be processed by our returns team. You will be notified by email once your refund has been applied.
The refund will be applied to the credit card or other method of payment initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if you used a credit card (up to 30 days for internationally-issued cards). Pre-orders are non-refundable but may be offered at the discretion of Loco Surfing in extreme circumstances.
