2019 Loco 17′ x 31-33″ x 6″ Motion Air Tandem iSUP
The 2019 Loco 17′ x 31-33″ x 6″ Motion Air Tandem iSUP has been developed off the back of our 12’6” and 14′ Motion Airs which found favour with magazine testers and a host of paddlers from recreational to performance athletes like endurance world record holder Jo Hamilton-Vale. Having seen and heard a little bit about Red’s tandem we were confident we could create something more performance driven by adapting our proven Motion Air’s shape.
We’ve recently completed testing our 17′ x 31” x 6” prototype with great success. Some minor tweaks have been made including offering a slighter wider 33″ version which should make tandem paddle boarding easier for heavier riders and also offer SUP coaches a more stable platform for teaching 1-2-1 with their tandem.
The 2019 Loco 17′ x 31-33″ x 6″ Motion Air Tandem iSUP is firmly pitched at families, couples, clubs and instructors looking for a new and exciting way to get on the water without all the drawbacks of an XL SUP.
BIG guys, paddlers looking for unlimited race class glide and those looking for a kit pack horse for endurance missions or solo adventures will fall in love with this board’s versatility.
The boards are constructed in lightweight double skin PVC with fin and fixture reinforcements where you’d expect them on a premium inflatable. The board comes supplied with a proper carbon/fibreglass branded race fin, comfy handles in various positions for easier carrying and our industry leading hard edge tech for improved glide and less changing sides while paddling.
For a limited time only we’ll be offering them at discounted pre-order price with the option to buy them board only or with your choice of accessories. If you need any further information contact us here or leave us a message including your email address in the chat window.
As part of our testing we invited the guys from On Water Training based over at Hartlepool Marina along to test drive our 2018 Loco 17′ x 31-33″ x 6″ Motion Air Tandem iSUP as we wanted some objective feedback on the shape and it’s possible applications from the perspective of keen paddle boarders and SUP Coaches.
